After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Dieguinho Lago managed to get in a good position for a shot. Estremo SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Dieguinho Lago was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erasmo Montenegro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pedrão Abraão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Guilherme Sampaio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Guilherme Sampaio in the 9th minute of play forced Estremo SS's goalkeeper Pedrão Abraão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedrão Abraão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kauã Vidal in the 11th minute of play. Charles Cordeiro charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Charles Cordeiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 28 minutes into the match, Estremo SS's goal looked a bit too open when Kauã Vidal came free, but Pedrão Abraão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute Luiz Guilherme Sampaio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedrão Abraão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luiz Guilherme Sampaio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kauã Vidal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Crissiumal's Luiz Guilherme Sampaio in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Estremo SS's goalie prevented a goal. Dieguinho Lago could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Erasmo Montenegro made a huge save. In the 36th minute, Kauã Vidal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedrão Abraão was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After a rather tough play, Crissiumal's Kauã Vidal got a free kick in the 40th minute. Kauã Vidal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Pedrão Abraão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Crissiumal were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wanderson Chaves was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dieguinho Lago in the 52nd minute of play forced Crissiumal's goalkeeper Erasmo Montenegro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wanderson Chaves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 58th match minute, Crissiumal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jarbas Diniz to maneuver through the defense. A very good chance. 79 minutes into the match, Estremo SS's goalkeeper Pedrão Abraão had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kauã Vidal. Pedrão Abraão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luiz Guilherme Sampaio, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. 82 minutes into the game, Aírton Prado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Estremo SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Crissiumal the free kick. A collision led to Estremo SS getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Aírton Prado hit a great ball. Crissiumal's Jean Moreno couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Estremo SS. After 91 minutes, Wanderson Chaves mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Estremo SS and the Crissiumal players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 91 played minutes Estremo SS got a freekick which was hit by Wanderson Chaves. The supporters of Crissiumal booed when Estremo SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jefferson do Nascimento didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Estremo SS supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Crissiumal's performance. The match ended with a win for Crissiumal.
