The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Deivid Mello stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cupom FNX's Luizinho Hermes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Guilherme Soeiro in the 53rd minute of play. Luizinho Hermes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrézinho da Rocha, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After 73 played minutes, ROMAnguaça FC's Iuri Pena shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Luizinho Hermes came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Cupom FNX players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for ROMAnguaça FC.
