Itamari AD's Durvalino Paiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Leão in the 19th minute of play. Durvalino Paiva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Leão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Manuel Leão's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Durvalino Paiva was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. delPino F.C.'s Manuel Leão got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Manuel Leão in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Durvalino Paiva saved Itamari AD from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Válbson Paulista's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Durvalino Paiva was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. 90 minutes into the game, delPino F.C.'s Manuel Leão nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Durvalino Paiva made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. In the 95th minute, Manuel Leão ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Durvalino Paiva was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0.
