But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ademar Dionísio couldn't finish the play. 25 de Outubro's Kauã Munhoz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save 25 de Outubro from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ademar Dionísio got free with Kauã Munhoz in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nico Reis charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nico Reis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 20th minute of the match, Ademar Dionísio got a very nice opportunity to score, but Kauã Munhoz was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Pirajuda FC's Lenílson Souto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edvaldo Valadares in the 21st minute of play. Ronaldinho Araújo did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Kauã Munhoz 22 minutes into the match. Ronaldinho Araújo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Kauã Munhoz made a huge save. Lenílson Souto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richard Cosme in the 31st minute of play. After having played for 33 minutes, Edvaldo Valadares managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 25 de Outubro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edvaldo Valadares was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Edvaldo Valadares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Lenílson Souto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ademar Dionísio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kauã Munhoz having to interfere. 25 de Outubro's Kauã Munhoz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save 25 de Outubro from getting a goal against them. If Edvaldo Valadares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Richard Cosme struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Lenílson Souto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 25 de Outubro. Richard Cosme blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lenílson Souto having to make a save. Ademar Dionísio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kauã Munhoz having to interfere. Otávio Pirani kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Ronaldinho Araújo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Ronaldinho Araújo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kauã Munhoz having to interfere. In the 92nd minute Ademar Dionísio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kauã Munhoz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kauã Munhoz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ademar Dionísio in the 95th minute of the match. The Pirajuda FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching 25 de Outubro's performance. The match ended with a win for 25 de Outubro.
