The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eliseu Figueiredo to strike the kick off in the second half. Murucupi's José Augusto Souza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Murucupi from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Eliseu Figueiredo put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of José Augusto Souza. An unexpectedly hard shot by Farid Priem in the 60th minute of play forced Videu SS's goalkeeper Jerônimo Costa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. José Augusto Souza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseu Figueiredo in the 61st minute of the match. The supporters of Videu SS booed when Murucupi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vitinho Falcão didn't get a good kick on the ball. Murucupi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vitinho Falcão was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 70th minute Farid Priem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerônimo Costa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonel Brodel hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Jerônimo Costa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Farid Priem, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. If Farid Priem had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jerônimo Costa came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Murucupi's Farid Priem. But to his dismay, Farid Priem quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 95thth minute of the game Farid Priem who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Videu SS's Jerônimo Costa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Farid Priem managed to get in a good position for a shot. Murucupi's supporters rose to their feet, but Farid Priem was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jerônimo Costa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. There was no doubt that Murucupi were the better team. Murucupi's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
