Reginaldo Camargo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vitinho Corrêa, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Kléberson Silva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, FC Avenged Sevenfold's Elias Esteves got control of the ball when Kléberson Silva tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Décio Ortiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. Kléberson Silva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

After having played for 55 minutes, Kléberson Silva managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Magu SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kléberson Silva was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kaká Palmeira got free with Reginaldo Camargo in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Waldemar Tinoco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Elias Esteves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Magu SC's Reginaldo Camargo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Magu SC from getting a goal against them. Décio Ortiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Avenged Sevenfold's Elias Esteves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waldemar Tinoco in the 81st minute of play. 81 minutes into the game, Vitinho Corrêa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Avenged Sevenfold's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Magu SC the free kick. A collision led to FC Avenged Sevenfold getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Vitinho Corrêa hit a great ball. Elias Esteves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kléberson Silva in the 88th minute of the match. Magu SC's Reginaldo Camargo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alessandro Lucas in the 94th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Magu SC fully deserved thier win.
