Betão Cardoso made in the 3rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Caquitos's Humberto Ferreira. Willian da Silveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thomás Costa in the 7th minute of the match. 9 minutes into the game, Recife Pe's Betão Cardoso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Willian da Silveira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Allan Guimarães fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Willian da Silveira having to interfere. 13 minutes into the match, Caquitos's goal looked a bit too open when Thomás Costa came free, but Willian da Silveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Willian da Silveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emerson Bastos in the 14th minute of play. Humberto Ferreira hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Vânderson de Amaral was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 17 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Caquitos fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 17th minute. Penalty! In the 19th minute there was a penalty for Recife Pe. Waldir Loyola stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Willian da Silveira. 0-2. 23 minutes into the game, Tomé de Queiroz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Caquitos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Recife Pe the free kick. In the 23rd match minute, Caquitos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomé de Queiroz to maneuver through the defense. 25 minutes into the game, Recife Pe's Eduardo Maia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Caquitos's Erivaldo Vidal quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Filipe Lopes, made in the 31st minute of the game. In the 32nd minute Thomás Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willian da Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 37 minutes, Dalmo Paraíba mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Caquitos and the Recife Pe players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Caquitos getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Dalmo Paraíba hit a great ball. Caquitos's attentive Humberto Ferreira managed to snatch the ball when Betão Cardoso made a throw-in in the 41st minute of the game. Willian da Silveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thomás Costa in the 41st minute of play. After 47 minutes of play, Recife Pe's Emerson Bastos made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Willian da Silveira was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Caquitos players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Recife Pe were winning 0-4.

The throw-in from Filipe Lopes in the 59th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Caquitos's Erivaldo Vidal. 60 minutes into the match, Caquitos's goal looked a bit too open when Deivid do Nascimento came free, but Willian da Silveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Willian da Silveira was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Thomás Costa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 62 minute of play. Thomás Costa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Willian da Silveira made a huge save. 66 minutes into the game, Emerson Bastos recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Willian da Silveira. Emerson Bastos showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. Willian da Silveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thomás Costa in the 69th minute of play. In the 72nd minute, Betão Cardoso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Recife Pe fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. Willian da Silveira made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Emerson Bastos sent off a good shot on target. Willian da Silveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thomás Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 82nd minute Emerson Bastos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willian da Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Emerson Bastos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 86 minutes into the match, Emerson Bastos notched a goal, 0-9, to the right of Caquitos's Willian da Silveira. Willian da Silveira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thomás Costa scored 0-10 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Willian da Silveira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Deivid do Nascimento recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Caquitos getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Dalmo Paraíba hit a great ball. Recife Pe's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
