When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wesley Abraão made a kick off. Luiz Garcia hit a great ball. In the 74th minute Zézinho de Queiroz suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Nando Velasco's late challenge caught a Mizael E. C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nando Velasco helped the player get up and apologised. After 75 played minutes Queltes FC. got a freekick which was hit by Nando Velasco. In the 78th minute, Dé Silveira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
