Acácio Trevisan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Naldo Freitas in the 3rd minute. In the 5th minute, Geovanni Alvarenga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Naldo Freitas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Acácio Trevisan made a huge save. Nicolas Messias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Acácio Trevisan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nicolas Messias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Olívio Quirino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Afonsinho Rosa in the 14th minute of play. Paraibuna SS's Olívio Quirino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Breckenfeld in the 21st minute of play. Naldo Freitas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Acácio Trevisan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Geovanni Alvarenga kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 28th minute, Milan F.C's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Nicolas Messias fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Nicolas Messias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Acácio Trevisan having to interfere. Naldo Freitas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Milan F.C's zone, Nicolas Messias stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Acácio Trevisan came out of the goal and Nicolas Messias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paraibuna SS's Gino Jacinto got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nicolas Messias was the one to do the kick off. Miguel Breckenfeld's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Olívio Quirino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. The supporters of Paraibuna SS booed when Milan F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geovanni Alvarenga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paraibuna SS's Alfredo Brasil couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 55th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Milan F.C. Afonsinho Rosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olívio Quirino having to interfere. In the 65th minute, Erivaldo Abreu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Olívio Quirino was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Miguel Breckenfeld received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Olívio Quirino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Olívio Quirino made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Miguel Breckenfeld sent off a good shot on target. If Naldo Freitas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Acácio Trevisan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nicolas Messias's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. Afonsinho Rosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olívio Quirino having to interfere. Olívio Quirino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Afonsinho Rosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Paraibuna SS's Olívio Quirino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Afonsinho Rosa in the 84th minute of play. Miguel Breckenfeld recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Naldo Freitas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Acácio Trevisan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 92 played minutes Paraibuna SS got a freekick which was hit by Gino Jacinto. After having played for 93 minutes, Afonsinho Rosa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Milan F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Afonsinho Rosa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the final whistle went the supporters of Milan F.C were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Paraibuna SS side.
