Cauã Guedes struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Gernando Fonseca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Legolas Futebol Club. Cauã Guedes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gernando Fonseca having to interfere. In the 15th minute Abelardo Paraíba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronaldinho Pimenta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17th minute, Hermínio Porto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gernando Fonseca was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Thanks to some nice moves Hermínio Porto could shoot a difficult shot in the 24th minute, which Gernando Fonseca however easily saved by the left post. Hermínio Porto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Valdo Veiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Gernando Fonseca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cauã Guedes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Marco Gonçalves managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pirambu EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marco Gonçalves was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ronaldinho Pimenta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marco Gonçalves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abelardo Paraíba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronaldinho Pimenta having to interfere. Ronaldinho Pimenta didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abelardo Paraíba went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Legolas Futebol Club's Ronaldinho Pimenta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abelardo Paraíba in the 45th minute of play. Ronaldinho Pimenta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abelardo Paraíba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cauã Guedes was the one to do the kick off. 62 minutes into the game, Luiz Fernando Martins was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Legolas Futebol Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pirambu EC the free kick. A collision led to Legolas Futebol Club getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Luiz Fernando Martins hit a great ball. Hermínio Porto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Gernando Fonseca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marco Gonçalves blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ronaldinho Pimenta having to make a save. Marco Gonçalves's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 77thth minute, Ronaldinho Pimenta skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 78th minute, Valdo Veiga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marco Gonçalves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronaldinho Pimenta having to interfere. Marco Gonçalves could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Ronaldinho Pimenta made a huge save. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Pirambu EC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
