Spectators: 7231 (Terracing: 5425, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) Frederico Gerber scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edson Paranaense, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind SÃO PAULO FC's goalkeeper Alfredinho de Souza, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alfredinho de Souza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Pedro da Silva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Frederico Gerber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Olavo Leal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edson Paranaense having to interfere. Frederico Gerber took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edson Paranaense. Edson Paranaense dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. If Patrício Amorim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mafia Blue FC's Edson Paranaense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olavo Leal in the 24th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Frederico Gerber put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Edson Paranaense. In a very dangerous position, a player in SÃO PAULO FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 29th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Alfredinho de Souza, was totally fooled by Mafia Blue FC's Valdomiro Valle, who 32 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frederico Gerber stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind SÃO PAULO FC's goalkeeper Alfredinho de Souza, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Patrício Amorim blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edson Paranaense having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Mafia Blue FC's zone, Frederico Gerber stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edson Paranaense came out of the goal and Frederico Gerber tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edson Paranaense made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Frederico Gerber sent off a good shot on target. In the 71st minute Dino Luz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredinho de Souza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Frederico Gerber fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Edson Paranaense, passed just outside the right post. Patrício Amorim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Edson Paranaense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Frederico Gerber could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Edson Paranaense made a huge save. In the 82nd minute, Patrício Amorim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 86 minutes into the match, Pedro Luiz Rossi notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of SÃO PAULO FC's Alfredinho de Souza. Alfredinho de Souza was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Frederico Gerber recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
