Spectators: 7248 (Terracing: 5437, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 144) Gualter de Lara made the kick off and thus started the match. When Diogo Salgado came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Farinna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diogo Salgado couldn't finish the play. Gualter Leal was extremely unlucky when he, in the 17th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After a defensive mix-up in Diaurum's zone, Gualter Leal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isaltino Duarte came out of the goal and Gualter Leal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Diogo Salgado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Isaltino Duarte made an important save on a dangerous shot by Diogo Salgado in the 25th minute. Gualter de Lara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Cacá do Vale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31stth minute of the game Falcão Araújo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Farinna's Cacá do Vale was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Diaurum's defense didn't have a chance, in the 33rd minute, when Gualter Leal scored to the left of an out of position Isaltino Duarte, making the score, 2-0. Cacá do Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gualter de Lara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pedro Augusto Meira kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. 46 minutes into the game, Gualter Leal recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Isaltino Duarte. Gualter Leal showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0.

After 53 played minutes Diaurum got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Augusto Rosa. After having played for 56 minutes, Gualter Leal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Farinna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gualter Leal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gualter Leal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaltino Duarte having to interfere. After 60 minutes of play, Farinna's Diogo Salgado made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Isaltino Duarte was left in no man's land by his defense there! Falcão Araújo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Cacá do Vale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Farinna's Diogo Salgado got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Gualter Leal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gualter de Lara in the 79th minute of play forced Farinna's goalkeeper Cacá do Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th minute, Falcão Araújo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. André Luiz Maia's late challenge caught a Diaurum's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. André Luiz Maia helped the player get up and apologised. Falcão Araújo struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Cacá do Vale didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Diaurum. Diaurum's Isaltino Duarte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gualter Leal in the 94th minute of play. Falcão Araújo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cacá do Vale having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Farinna had played much better football throughout.
