With a left leg Duda Coelho saved Redstorm Football Club from getting behind. Durvalino Dionísio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duda Coelho having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in FC Duda 11's zone, Manuel Custódio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eusébio Lara came out of the goal and Manuel Custódio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 15 minutes into the match, FC Duda 11's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Custódio came free, but Eusébio Lara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eusébio Lara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Custódio in the 17th minute of play. 18 minutes into the game, one of FC Duda 11:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Eusébio Lara went to the wrong direction when Nuno Vides was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. After a defensive mix-up in FC Duda 11's zone, Mário da Rocha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eusébio Lara came out of the goal and Mário da Rocha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 23rd minute, Valdir Batista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Redstorm Football Club's Manuel Custódio got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Redstorm Football Club getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Aloísio Lopes hit a great ball. FC Duda 11's Durvalino Dionísio got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Duda Coelho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Durvalino Dionísio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Durvalino Dionísio might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Duda Coelho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Durvalino Dionísio ran back to his position shaking his head. 43 minutes into the match, FC Duda 11's Alfredo Teixeira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Duda Coelho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Durvalino Dionísio made a kick off. After a rather tough play, FC Duda 11's Valdir Batista got a free kick in the 53rd minute. 57 minutes into the game, Redstorm Football Club's Mário da Rocha nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eusébio Lara made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Alfredo Teixeira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, FC Duda 11's Duda Coelho threw himself towards the right post 64 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Durvalino Dionísio, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Alfredo Teixeira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alfredo Teixeira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Duda Coelho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Manuel Custódio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mário da Rocha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 82nd minute Manuel Custódio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusébio Lara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Duda 11's Eusébio Lara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mário da Rocha in the 93rd minute of play. After 94 played minutes FC Duda 11 got a freekick which was hit by Elano de Mendonça. When Redstorm Football Club's Manuel Custódio in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Duda 11's goalie prevented a goal. Redstorm Football Club's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
