Spectators: 7177 (Terracing: 5385, Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 142) DunHill F.C.'s Cristóvão Alvarenga started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. DunHill F.C.'s Sidney Montenegro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Teixeira in the 4th minute of play. Sidney Montenegro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Teixeira in the 6th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, FC Duda 11's Durvalino Dionísio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sidney Montenegro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. FC Duda 11's Alfredo Teixeira got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eusébio Lara was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cristóvão Alvarenga showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 15 minute of play. Pedro Luiz Tinoco hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Alfredo Teixeira scored 1-1 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sidney Montenegro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, FC Duda 11's Eusébio Lara got control of the ball when Clóvis Sabóia tried to sneak it across the goal line. Clóvis Sabóia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 32 minutes, Eusébio Lara successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 37th minute Cristóvão Alvarenga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusébio Lara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Duda 11's Eusébio Lara proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save FC Duda 11 from getting a goal against them. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Durvalino Dionísio made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfredo Teixeira got free with Sidney Montenegro in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alfredo Teixeira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Clóvis Sabóia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eusébio Lara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristóvão Alvarenga, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Cristóvão Alvarenga charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cristóvão Alvarenga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Cristóvão Alvarenga kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Durvalino Dionísio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sidney Montenegro having to interfere. Eusébio Lara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clóvis Sabóia in the 69th minute of the match. After 71 played minutes DunHill F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Walmir Vander. In the 76th minute Durvalino Dionísio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sidney Montenegro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th minute of the match, Alfredo Teixeira got a very nice opportunity to score, but Sidney Montenegro was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Sidney Montenegro made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Alfredo Teixeira sent off a good shot on target. Walmir Vander kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute Cristóvão Alvarenga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusébio Lara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 83 minutes, Valdir Batista mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Duda 11 and the DunHill F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Valdir Batista hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 84th minute Cristóvão Alvarenga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusébio Lara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 86th minute, DunHill F.C.'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Alfredo Teixeira fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Clóvis Sabóia struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Eusébio Lara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DunHill F.C.. Cristóvão Alvarenga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Eusébio Lara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
