João Augusto Romeros short, quick shot in the 9thth minute got Gilberto de Mendonça to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to Criciuma Tigers getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. João Augusto Maranhense hit a great ball. After having played for 15 minutes, Kauan Mendonça managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. WinchesterBr's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kauan Mendonça was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The nice shot from João Augusto Romero in the 17thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Gilberto de Mendonça had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kauan Mendonça in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gilberto de Mendonça saved Criciuma Tigers from getting behind. João Francisco Travassos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafinha Bittencourt in the 24th minute of the match. Tarcisio Trancoso hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Gilberto de Mendonça made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when João Augusto Romero sent off a good shot on target. When Kauan Mendonça came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the WinchesterBr fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kauan Mendonça couldn't finish the play. 46 minutes into the game, one of Criciuma Tigers:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Claudinho Veiga made the kick off in the second half. Kauan Mendonça fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilberto de Mendonça having to interfere. After 56 minutes, Rubinho Vargas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Criciuma Tigers and the WinchesterBr players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rubinho Vargas kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Gilberto de Mendonça made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kauan Mendonça in the 57th minute of play. If João Augusto Romero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kauan Mendonça recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gilberto de Mendonça took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Augusto Romero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kauan Mendonça fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilberto de Mendonça having to interfere. When WinchesterBr's Kauan Mendonça in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The corner ended in Tarcisio Trancoso almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Criciuma Tigers's Gilberto de Mendonça did a great save. There was no doubt that WinchesterBr were the better team. WinchesterBr's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
