In the 7th minute Diamantino Pires shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luciano Cruz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Woller FC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Gernando Guerra hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Woller FC's zone, Matías Veloso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gilson Brodel came out of the goal and Matías Veloso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gilson Brodel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fausto Salgado, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Diamantino Pires struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Luciano Cruz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Woller FC. 26 minutes into the match, Woller FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fausto Salgado came free, but Gilson Brodel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matías Paraíba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Luciano Cruz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 36th minute, Matías Veloso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tupi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 46 minutes into the match, Woller FC's goal looked a bit too open when Matías Veloso came free, but Gilson Brodel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gilson Brodel came out of the goal in the 49th minute to try and stop a shot by Tupi's Matías Veloso. But to his dismay, Matías Veloso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Matías Veloso made the kick off in the second half. Gilson Brodel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matías Veloso, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Willian Arruda kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. If Matías Paraíba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Matías Paraíba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tupi's Luciano Cruz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diamantino Pires in the 66th minute of play. Gilson Brodel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matías Veloso, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Matías Veloso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Gilson Brodel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fausto Salgado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilson Brodel having to interfere. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Tupi's goalkeeper Luciano Cruz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 85 minutes of play, Woller FC's Matías Paraíba made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luciano Cruz was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 87th match minute, Tupi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgar Hermes to maneuver through the defense. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gilson Brodel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matías Veloso in the 98th minute of play. After having played for 100 minutes, Fausto Salgado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tupi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fausto Salgado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Tupi had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
