Ruy Azevedo took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Valdomiro Neto. Valdomiro Neto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. If Michel de Barros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Michel de Barros managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cafeara's supporters rose to their feet, but Michel de Barros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valdomiro Neto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the INDUSTRIAL FC defense, Ruy Azevedo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valdomiro Neto. The INDUSTRIAL FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valdomiro Neto should have stopped the shot. Adriano Toledo struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Cafeara's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ruy Azevedo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 58thth minute of the game Ruy Azevedo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but INDUSTRIAL FC's Valdomiro Neto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Valdomiro Neto was a little too slow when Ruy Azevedo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 59th minute. The score was now 2-3. Ruy Azevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Valdomiro Neto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over Cafeara could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than INDUSTRIAL FC throughout the match.
