After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Thiago Matos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Canto do Rio's supporters rose to their feet, but Thiago Matos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aníbal Prata breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 89th match minute, TIU Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcos Dantas to maneuver through the defense. 91 minutes into the game, Tião Leão threw the ball into play from the sideline.
