The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 6 minutes, Olavo Mandrak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FutBr Esporte Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olavo Mandrak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Anísio Viana made an important save on a dangerous shot by André Luís Mattos in the 12th minute. With a little luck, FutBr Esporte Clube's Anísio Viana got control of the ball when André Luís Mattos tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 22nd minute Willian Bastos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celso Tinoco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, FutBr Esporte Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Gilmar Duarte came free, but Anísio Viana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute, Manuel Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jorge Mendonça fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celso Tinoco having to interfere. FutBr Esporte Clube's Anísio Viana proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save FutBr Esporte Clube from getting a goal against them. In the 36th minute, Willian Bastos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tostão Félix during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tostão Félix hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Manuel Costa's late challenge caught a FutBr Esporte Clube's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Manuel Costa helped the player get up and apologised. Manuel Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. In the 47th minute, Manuel Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Tercado players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FutBr Esporte Clube were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Willian Bastos to strike the kick off in the second half. Jorge Mendonça was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 53rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Olavo Mandrak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Celso Tinoco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Willian Bastos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as José Pedro Branco kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Celso Tinoco. That made the score 0-2 in the 63 minute of play. Olavo Mandrak might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Celso Tinoco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Olavo Mandrak ran back to his position shaking his head. After 73 minutes of play, FutBr Esporte Clube's José Pedro Branco made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Celso Tinoco was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 77th minute, Jorge Mendonça got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jorge Mendonça recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Tercado's zone, Cafu Sanches stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Celso Tinoco came out of the goal and Cafu Sanches tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 95th minute, José Pedro Branco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Tercado fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FutBr Esporte Clube were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
