Olavo Mandrak's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hugo Pontes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. In the 13th match minute, Faisqueiro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Toninho Martins to maneuver through the defense. Olavo Mandrak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Pontes having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Percy Dracena in the 26th minute of play forced FutBr Esporte Clube's goalkeeper Anísio Viana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anísio Viana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Percy Dracena in the 36th minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Cafu Sanches had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hugo Pontes. Faisqueiro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cafu Sanches was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Jorge Mendonça sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Willian Bastos to strike the kick off in the second half. Hugo Pontes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cafu Sanches in the 52nd minute of the match. Jorge Mendonça recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hugo Pontes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Willian Bastos in the 71st minute of the match. In the 73rdth minute of the game Olavo Mandrak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Faisqueiro's Hugo Pontes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The FutBr Esporte Clube fans' excitement grew in the 73rd match minute when FutBr Esporte Clube's Olavo Mandrak looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Hugo Pontes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olavo Mandrak in the 77th minute of the match. FutBr Esporte Clube's Olavo Mandrak got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Anísio Viana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cássio Sanches, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. In the 92nd minute, Percy Dracena got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FutBr Esporte Clube walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
