Spectators: 7254 (Terracing: 5442, Seating: 1668, VIP seats: 144) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Eliézer Oliveira got the match started through his kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Edvaldo Velasco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ventania's supporters rose to their feet, but Edvaldo Velasco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rodolfo Neves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edvaldo Velasco in the 10th minute of play forced Technow FC's goalkeeper Rodolfo Neves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Edvaldo Velasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Charles Corrêa kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. 0-1 became the score in the 20th minute when Cláudio Moura elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 25th minute, Cláudio Moura got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Oswaldo Varela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juninho Guedes having to interfere. 29 minutes into the game, Eliézer Oliveira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Juninho Guedes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet as Eliézer Oliveira kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Juninho Guedes. That made the score 2-1 in the 33 minute of play. Oswaldo Varela charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Oswaldo Varela the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 38th match minute, Technow FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oswaldo Varela to maneuver through the defense. Oswaldo Varela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juninho Guedes having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cláudio Moura made a kick off. Edvaldo Velasco who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 52ndth minute tested the skills of Rodolfo Neves when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 54 minutes into the match, Ventania's Edvaldo Velasco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rodolfo Neves narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Juninho Guedes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Durval Quintal in the 58th minute of the match. When Edvaldo Velasco came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Ventania fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edvaldo Velasco couldn't finish the play. Rodolfo Neves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edvaldo Velasco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eliézer Oliveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Juninho Guedes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Juninho Guedes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Durval Quintal in the 72nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edvaldo Velasco in the 79th minute of play forced Technow FC's goalkeeper Rodolfo Neves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodolfo Neves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edvaldo Velasco in the 80th minute of the match. After 81 minutes of play Technow FC's Oswaldo Varela was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 82 played minutes Technow FC got a freekick which was hit by Oswaldo Varela. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cláudio Moura got free with Rodolfo Neves in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Technow FC's Eliézer Oliveira got a free kick in the 89th minute. Rodolfo Neves came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Ventania's Cláudio Moura. But to his dismay, Cláudio Moura quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. Cláudio Moura might have been able to make a better finish in the 97th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rodolfo Neves. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cláudio Moura ran back to his position shaking his head.
