After having played for 13 minutes, Dorival Trevisan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. IBIGALAXY FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dorival Trevisan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 14 minutes, Juvenal Dias mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BICHO SOLTO and the IBIGALAXY FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Carlos Alberto de Amorim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Porto having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Fernandinho Tinoco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carlinhos Matorin during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dorival Trevisan to strike the kick off in the second half. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing IBIGALAXY FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
