In the 14th minute, Oswaldo Varela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 14 minutes into the match, Agostinho Travassos sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Rodolfo Neves threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Agostinho Travassos this time. After 15 minutes, Oswaldo Varela mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Technow FC and the Guirapa SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 15th minute, Oswaldo Varela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Guirapa SC's Erasmo Trevisan got a free kick in the 19th minute. When Aloísio Soeiro came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Guirapa SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aloísio Soeiro couldn't finish the play. 29 minutes into the game, Aloísio Soeiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Rodolfo Neves was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Elivélton Andrade managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guirapa SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Elivélton Andrade was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rodolfo Neves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rodolfo Neves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elivélton Andrade in the 36th minute of play. Technow FC's Rodolfo Neves proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Technow FC from getting a goal against them. Rodolfo Neves was a little too slow when Luiz de Mendonça got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 39th minute. The score was now 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eliézer Oliveira was the one to do the kick off. Aloísio Soeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodolfo Neves having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Technow FC's Oswaldo Varela got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Rodolfo Neves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aloísio Soeiro in the 54th minute of the match. Nicolas Sanches charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicolas Sanches the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Technow FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Nicolas Sanches hit a great ball. In the 57th match minute, Technow FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolas Sanches to maneuver through the defense. During the 59th minute of the match Oswaldo Varela completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Oswaldo Varela a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aloísio Soeiro in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rodolfo Neves prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Guirapa SC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Aloísio Soeiro hit a great ball. Elivélton Andrade sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aloísio Soeiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee ended the match the Guirapa SC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
