In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Guirapa SC's goalkeeper Evaristo Quadros, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Guirapa SC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Germano de Almeida hit a great ball. Evaristo Quadros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcel Eger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
