The crowd rose to their feet as Bella Ginga FC's Vitinho Pimenta slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Enrique Martins. That made the score 1-0 after 10 minutes of play. The supporters of Borala FC booed when Bella Ginga FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luizão de Mendonça didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rodriguinho Rosado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bella Ginga FC's goalkeeper Jem Chlebek, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 27 minutes into the match, Borala FC's Vito Ortiz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jem Chlebek narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 30 minutes, Rodriguinho Rosado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Borala FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodriguinho Rosado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 31 played minutes Bella Ginga FC got a freekick which was hit by Téo Cabral. Rodriguinho Rosado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vitinho Pimenta to strike the kick off in the second half. Borala FC's Enrique Martins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lenílson de Almeida in the 54th minute of play. Bella Ginga FC's Jem Chlebek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vito Ortiz in the 55th minute of play. Rodriguinho Rosado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jem Chlebek having to interfere. Enrique Martins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vitinho Pimenta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vito Ortiz in the 63rd minute of play forced Bella Ginga FC's goalkeeper Jem Chlebek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodriguinho Rosado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enrique Martins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vitinho Pimenta in the 70th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute of the match Vânderson Saraiva shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jem Chlebek showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Vito Ortiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enrique Martins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vitinho Pimenta, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. After 83 played minutes Borala FC got a freekick which was hit by Tião Ortiz. After having played for 84 minutes, Diguinho Messias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bella Ginga FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Diguinho Messias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Téo Cabral was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 85 minutes had been played. Vito Ortiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Bella Ginga FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Borala FC for much of the match.
