Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Donato Barral started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Washington Paraibano kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. After 18 minutes, Pedrinho Brasil mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Camaquam FC and the Seleção players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 19th minute, Pedrinho Brasil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 20 played minutes Camaquam FC got a freekick which was hit by Dieguinho Breckenfeld. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Jânio de Godoi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Seleção's supporters rose to their feet, but Jânio de Godoi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nestor Marques breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 24th minute, Flavinho Jacinto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Seleção fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 28th minute Donato Barral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Sanches saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Camaquam FC's Dieguinho Breckenfeld got a free kick in the 29th minute. In the 32nd minute, Camaquam FC's Pedrinho Brasil dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Flavinho Jacinto might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nestor Marques. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Flavinho Jacinto ran back to his position shaking his head. Miguel Sanches made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dieguinho Breckenfeld in the 43rd minute. Enrique de Queiroz lost his temper 47 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 46 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Camaquam FC! The referee gave Seleção a penalty, 48 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Marcelinho Silveira, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Camaquam FC's Nestor Marques. 1-2. The Camaquam FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Seleção were winning 1-2.

In the 55th minute, Alberto Secco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Camaquam FC's zone, Dieguinho Severo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nestor Marques came out of the goal and Dieguinho Severo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 57th minute, Gerson Amaral got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Gerson Amaral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Eliseu de Amaral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dieguinho Breckenfeld took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Miguel Sanches. Miguel Sanches dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. In the 69th match minute, Camaquam FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Washington Paraibano to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 75 minutes, Gerson Amaral managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Seleção's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gerson Amaral was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 78 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Camaquam FC! When the match had been going on for 81 minutes, Seleção's Marcelinho Silveira got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Nestor Marques. A collision led to Seleção getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Gerson Amaral hit a great ball. In the 85th minute, Washington Paraibano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gerson Amaral struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Nestor Marques didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Seleção. Gerson Amaral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jânio de Godoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Camaquam FC getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Washington Paraibano hit a great ball. Seleção played a much better game than Camaquam FC and deserved their victory. The Camaquam FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
