In the 4th minute, Luiz Fabiano Silva left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Geolandia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Severino Sá sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 9th minute Vitório Alvarenga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diamantino Zonta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Henrique Soares might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Enrique Salles. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Henrique Soares ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 14th minute, Henrique Soares fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Enrique Salles, passed just outside the right post. Henrique Soares could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Enrique Salles made a huge save. Thanks to some nice moves Henrique Soares could shoot a difficult shot in the 23rd minute, which Enrique Salles however easily saved by the left post. If Vitório Alvarenga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Severino Sá's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Diamantino Zonta read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Geolandia's Luiz Fabiano Silva got a free kick in the 29th minute. Enrique Salles was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Erik Alvarenga. In the 30th match minute, Geolandia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mathias Pernambucano to maneuver through the defense. Enrique Salles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from André Luís Mota in the 33rd minute of the match. Henrique Soares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 37 minutes into the match, Geolandia's goal looked a bit too open when André Luís Mota came free, but Enrique Salles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Geolandia's goalkeeper Enrique Salles, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Severino Sá recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Vitório Alvarenga made the kick off in the second half. André Luís Mota sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Diamantino Zonta made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Severino Sá sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Geolandia booed when Saycan FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Soeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling André Luís Mota in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Enrique Salles prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 64th minute, André Luís Mota ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Enrique Salles was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Severino Sá received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Diamantino Zonta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Geolandia's Enrique Salles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by André Luís Mota in the 77th minute of play. After 77 minutes of play, Saycan FC's André Luís Mota made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Enrique Salles was left in no man's land by his defense there! André Luís Mota recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, André Luís Mota put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Enrique Salles. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vitório Alvarenga in the 94th minute of play forced Saycan FC's goalkeeper Diamantino Zonta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vitório Alvarenga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Saycan FC had won after a very even match.
