André Luís Mota sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Solar Group FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Durvalino Salgado hit a great ball. In the 18th minute, André Luís Mota ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eugênio Tasso was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Saycan FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 26th minute, when Víktor Correia scored to the left of an out of position Diamantino Zonta, making the score, 1-1. Víktor Correia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 31st minute, Daniel Soeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Víktor Correia came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Solar Group FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Víktor Correia couldn't finish the play. Diamantino Zonta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Víktor Correia, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Jarbas Moreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Jarbas Moreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Víktor Correia to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Jarbas Moreira put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Diamantino Zonta. Diamantino Zonta came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Solar Group FC's Víktor Correia. But to his dismay, Víktor Correia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Saycan FC's Diamantino Zonta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Víktor Correia in the 68th minute of play. After 69 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Saycan FC! In the 70th minute there was a penalty for Solar Group FC. Oséas Tinoco stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Diamantino Zonta. 4-1. Henrique Soares struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Eugênio Tasso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Saycan FC. In the 76th match minute, Solar Group FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by André Luís Leão to maneuver through the defense. Henrique Soares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Eugênio Tasso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Diamantino Zonta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jarbas Moreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Solar Group FC's Eugênio Tasso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by André Luís Mota in the 82nd minute of play. In the 87th minute, Durvalino Salgado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91st minute Víktor Correia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diamantino Zonta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Saycan FC booed when Solar Group FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oséas Tinoco didn't get a good kick on the ball. 97 minutes into the game, André Luís Leão was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Solar Group FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Saycan FC the free kick. André Luís Leão hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. Solar Group FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
