In the 8th minute, Kauan Gaspar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 9 played minutes, Bestoff TR's Falcão Veloso shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Oscar Camargo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bestoff TR reached it. Diego Vergílio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nilson Fantini in the 13th minute of play forced Bestoff TR's goalkeeper Kaká Arce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nilson Fantini scored 0-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kaká Arce, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 19 minutes, Enio de Lima mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Caravellas SS and the Bestoff TR players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Bestoff TR booed when Caravellas SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enio de Lima didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oscar Camargo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nilmar Abraão's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Nilmar Abraão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oscar Camargo having to interfere. Caravellas SS's Oscar Camargo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Caravellas SS from getting a goal against them. Nilson Fantini struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Kaká Arce didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caravellas SS. Falcão Veloso's late challenge caught a Caravellas SS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Falcão Veloso helped the player get up and apologised. In the 31st minute, one of Bestoff TR:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bestoff TR. In the 40th minute Diego Vergílio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaká Arce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th minute, Luiz Fernando da Fonseca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Diego Vergílio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Kaká Arce tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nilson Fantini to make the kick off. Kauan Gaspar's late challenge caught a Bestoff TR's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kauan Gaspar helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Caravellas SS's Kauan Gaspar got a free kick in the 59th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nilson Fantini in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kaká Arce saved Bestoff TR from getting behind. With a little luck, Bestoff TR's Kaká Arce got control of the ball when Diego Vergílio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kaká Arce was out of position in the 72 minute of play, and Nilson Fantini capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nilson Fantini really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Diego Vergílio scored 0-4 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kaká Arce, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nilson Fantini blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kaká Arce having to make a save. When Nilson Fantini came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Caravellas SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nilson Fantini couldn't finish the play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Caravellas SS eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
