When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and João Ramalho made a kick off. When Diogo Damião came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Uibal EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diogo Damião couldn't finish the play. Elias Machado came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Recordacao's Wágner Nascimento. But to his dismay, Wágner Nascimento quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Roberto Cordeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Recordacao's supporters rose to their feet, but Roberto Cordeiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elias Machado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Elias Machado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roberto Cordeiro in the 64th minute of the match. Roberto Cordeiro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Elias Machado having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Uibal EC's Romário Terra got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 71st minute of the match Jonathan Tavares shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Elias Machado showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Elias Machado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roberto Cordeiro's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. If Roberto Cordeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wágner Nascimento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 82 minutes into the game, Recordacao's Roberto Cordeiro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Elias Machado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Uibal EC's Elias Machado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roberto Cordeiro in the 87th minute of play. After having played for 89 minutes, Lúcio Berger managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Recordacao's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lúcio Berger was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Roberto Cordeiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Elias Machado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd minute Roberto Cordeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elias Machado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 94 played minutes Uibal EC got a freekick which was hit by Elói de Almeida.
