After a rather tough play, Fronteiro's Sílvio Luís Mattos got a free kick in the 6th minute. Willian Dias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gláuber Pirani, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Willian Dias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel Paranaense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Fronteiro booed when Colorado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Paranaense didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Sílvio Luís Mattos came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Fronteiro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sílvio Luís Mattos couldn't finish the play. Luís Fernando Castro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ediberto de Moraes in the 18th minute of play. Robinho Paranaense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Luís Fernando Castro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luiz Guilherme Baptista hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute Gláuber Pirani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willian Dias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But to his dismay, Gabriel Paranaense quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Willian Dias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gláuber Pirani in the 30th minute of the match. Fronteiro's Willian Dias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gláuber Pirani in the 32nd minute of play. Colorado's Luís Fernando Castro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robinho Paranaense in the 45th minute of play. 48 minutes into the match, Fronteiro's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Paranaense came free, but Willian Dias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Yan Viana lost his temper 55 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 56 played minutes Colorado got a freekick which was hit by Yan Viana. 57 minutes into the match, Colorado's goal looked a bit too open when Ediberto de Moraes came free, but Luís Fernando Castro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Álvaro França's late challenge caught a Colorado's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Álvaro França helped the player get up and apologised. After 60 played minutes Fronteiro got a freekick which was hit by Álvaro França. 61 minutes into the match, Gláuber Pirani dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Willian Dias, 0-3. Luís Fernando Castro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renatinho Mandrak in the 65th minute of the match. Ramiro Ferreira struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Willian Dias didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Colorado. Colorado's Leandro Hames got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 72nd minute of the match, Ramiro Ferreira tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Willian Dias saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Gláuber Pirani succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-4 in the 73rd playminute. Colorado's Luís Fernando Castro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ediberto de Moraes in the 76th minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, Colorado's goal looked a bit too open when Ediberto de Moraes came free, but Luís Fernando Castro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fronteiro's Willian Dias proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Fronteiro from getting a goal against them. Gláuber Piranis short, quick shot in the 88thth minute got Willian Dias to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gláuber Pirani got free with Willian Dias in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Fronteiro supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Colorado's performance. The match ended with a win for Colorado.
