With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fiori Maia in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juninho Ceresso saved Sururu from getting behind. 14 minutes into the match, Sururu's Fábio Lira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luan Souto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luan Souto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mané Aguiar in the 19th minute of play. Fiori Maia scored 3-0 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Juninho Ceresso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luan Souto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mané Aguiar, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Fiori Maia scored 4-0 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Juninho Ceresso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 38 played minutes Fiori Maia could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 5-0 into the left cross.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fiori Maia made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Sururu's Mané Aguiar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luan Souto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Robinho Rossi charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
