Serafim Vidal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacinto Abraão, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Tibi FC's Jacinto Abraão got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 44th minute, Kaká Custódio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 48 minutes into the game, Luiz Fábio Brasil was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Perreptors Revolution's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tibi FC the free kick. The supporters of Tibi FC booed when Perreptors Revolution was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Fábio Brasil didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Belmiro Sabóia came up free with the goalie in the 49th minute, the Tibi FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Belmiro Sabóia couldn't finish the play.

The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
