Fernandinho Marquez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frederico Eger in the 3rd minute of play. In the 8th minute, Frederico Eger fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Fernandinho Marquez, passed just outside the right post. 8 minutes into the game, José Paulo Matos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Marolla FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Minai the free kick. A collision led to Marolla FC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. José Paulo Matos hit a great ball. Adrianinho Vasconcelos hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. If Adrianinho Vasconcelos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Marolla FC's José Paulo Matos got a free kick in the 21st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Marolla FC's zone, Adrianinho Vasconcelos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fernandinho Marquez came out of the goal and Adrianinho Vasconcelos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marolla FC's Fernandinho Marquez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Penha in the 29th minute of play. Beto Breckenfeld showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luiz Paulista, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Minai's Frederico Eger slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fernandinho Marquez. That made the score 3-0 after 39 minutes of play. Beto Breckenfeld showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Carlos Paulista, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Minai's Álvaro Baptista got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adrianinho Vasconcelos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fernandinho Marquez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Álvaro Baptista in the 51st minute of the match. With a little luck, Minai's Beto Breckenfeld got control of the ball when Guilherme Sena tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 57th minute, Daniel Penha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Beto Breckenfeld showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Paulista in the 59th minute of the match. In the 60th minute Álvaro Baptista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernandinho Marquez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Beto Breckenfeld showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Paulo Matos in the 62nd minute of the match. Minai's Beto Breckenfeld proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Minai from getting a goal against them. Adrianinho Vasconcelos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Fernandinho Marquez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fernandinho Marquez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Pedroso, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. In the 83rd minute, Luiz Paulista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Antonio Pedroso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fernandinho Marquez came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Minai's Denílson Garcia. But to his dismay, Denílson Garcia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. When Minai's Adrianinho Vasconcelos in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Marolla FC's goalie prevented a goal. 95 minutes into the match, Denílson Garcia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fernandinho Marquez. Marolla FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Denílson Garcia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Minai had played much better football throughout.
