Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Evandro Barral started the match with the kick off. Adelino Ferraz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Elder Camargo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Angico AD getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Washington Jacinto hit a great ball. In the 6th minute of the match Tiago Marques shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Elder Camargo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Luisinho Cunha's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Elder Camargo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. The supporters of TLMPs2 booed when Angico AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eriberto Sousa didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Luisinho Cunha sped through Angico AD's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Elder Camargo. Natã Carneiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Gláuber Vinhas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Natã Carneiro came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Angico AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Natã Carneiro couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdemar Queiroz in the 28th minute of play forced TLMPs2's goalkeeper Gláuber Vinhas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th match minute, TLMPs2 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adelino Ferraz to maneuver through the defense. If Eliseu Cardozo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute, Luisinho Cunha left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TLMPs2 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 41 minutes into the match, Angico AD's goal looked a bit too open when Luisinho Cunha came free, but Elder Camargo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47th minute Eliseu Cardozo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elder Camargo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half TLMPs2 were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Luisinho Cunha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gláuber Vinhas came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Angico AD's Natã Carneiro. But to his dismay, Natã Carneiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Gláuber Vinhas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evandro Barral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Evandro Barral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Natã Carneiro came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Angico AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Natã Carneiro couldn't finish the play. In the 67thth minute of the game Natã Carneiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but TLMPs2's Gláuber Vinhas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Eliseu Cardozo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gláuber Vinhas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Natã Carneiro in the 72nd minute of the match. After some careless play in the TLMPs2 defense, Evandro Barral kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gláuber Vinhas. The TLMPs2 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gláuber Vinhas should have stopped the shot. If Eliseu Cardozo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Luisinho Cunha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. TLMPs2 were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
