Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute, one of Galo Junior:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Galo Junior. When the match had been going on for 4 minutes, Angico AD's Pedro Lira got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Hílton Munhoz. Angico AD's Elder Camargo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Seco in the 17th minute of play. Evandro Barral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hílton Munhoz having to interfere. Natã Carneiro in the 36thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hílton Munhoz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 43rd minute, one of Galo Junior:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Galo Junior. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Evandro Barral to make the kick off. If Natã Carneiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Angico AD's Washington Jacinto got a free kick in the 55th minute. The supporters of Galo Junior booed when Angico AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valdemar Queiroz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 60th minute, David Seco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Diguinho Nascimento charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Diguinho Nascimento the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After some careless play in the Angico AD defense, Amadeu Hoffmann kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elder Camargo. The Angico AD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elder Camargo should have stopped the shot. Natã Carneiro took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hílton Munhoz. Hílton Munhoz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. The audience was convinced that David Seco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Elder Camargo was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. Amadeu Hoffmann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natã Carneiro in the 93rd minute of play forced Galo Junior's goalkeeper Hílton Munhoz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. David Seco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Galo Junior players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Angico AD.
