With his leg Vinícius Schmidt managed to avoid a goal in the 15thth minute, when Carnaubeir EC's Bavo Landewijck fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience was convinced that Bavo Landewijck's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vinícius Schmidt was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 21 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Bavo Landewijck sped through corre ou morrer's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vinícius Schmidt. Marcelinho Moura hit a great ball. The Carnaubeir EC fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when Carnaubeir EC's Bavo Landewijck looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Vinícius Schmidt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bavo Landewijck in the 37th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the game, Federico Anzolin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Vinícius Schmidt was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The wind increased when Serafim do Valle made the kick off in the second half. Alessandro de Medeiros hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Jean Saldanha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Guillerme Batuecas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Carnaubeir EC fully deserved thier win.
