Jorginho Lopes might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Moisés Magalhães. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jorginho Lopes ran back to his position shaking his head. Paulo Vale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 36 minutes into the game, Real Sem Pinga F.C's Vânderson Hoffmann nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Waldemar Tróia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Waldemar Tróia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Vale in the 42nd minute of play. After having played for 47 minutes, Vânderson Hoffmann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Sem Pinga F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vânderson Hoffmann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jorginho Lopes to strike the kick off in the second half. Paulo Vale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Waldemar Tróia having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Davi Rocha during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Davi Rocha hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Jorginho Lopes got in the 57th minute the ball and tried a long shot which scored to the left of Moisés Magalhães and thus it was 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Ice Boys Football's zone, Paulo Vale stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Waldemar Tróia came out of the goal and Paulo Vale tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Deivid Sampaio charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Deivid Sampaio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 69 minutes into the match, Ice Boys Football's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Vale came free, but Waldemar Tróia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Waldemar Tróia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vânderson Hoffmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Pedro Luiz Vides's late challenge caught a Ice Boys Football's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pedro Luiz Vides helped the player get up and apologised. In the 82nd match minute, Real Sem Pinga F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Luiz Vides to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Jorginho Lopes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paulo Vale in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Waldemar Tróia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Waldemar Tróia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Vale, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
