After some careless play in the Baile de Monique F.C™ defense, Vicente Rossi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Claudinei Pimenta. The Baile de Monique F.C™ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Claudinei Pimenta should have stopped the shot. In the 12th minute, Eliseu Paiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vicente Rossi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Claudinei Pimenta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the game, FERRÃO's Fiori Matos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Claudinei Pimenta made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. After having played for 31 minutes, Betão Vargas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Baile de Monique F.C™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Betão Vargas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 33 minutes into the game, FERRÃO's Vicente Rossi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Claudinei Pimenta made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. When Acácio Lopes came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Baile de Monique F.C™ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Acácio Lopes couldn't finish the play. Fiori Matos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fiori Matos to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vicente Rossi in the 52nd minute of play forced Baile de Monique F.C™'s goalkeeper Claudinei Pimenta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 56 minutes into the match, Fiori Matos notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Baile de Monique F.C™'s Claudinei Pimenta. Claudinei Pimenta was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 62 minutes, Paulo Renato Garcia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Baile de Monique F.C™ and the FERRÃO players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vicente Rossi succeeded in the game's 68th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 7-0. After 74 minutes, Vicente Rossi made it 8-0 with a short kick to the right side. Baile de Monique F.C™'s Claudinei Pimenta tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Baile de Monique F.C™ booed when FERRÃO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cacá Valladares didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 80th minute Almir Neves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudinei Pimenta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, FERRÃO's Fiori Matos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Claudinei Pimenta narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 83rd minute, Vicente Rossi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Claudinei Pimenta was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. Claudinei Pimenta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fiori Matos in the 88th minute of play. If Fiori Matos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FERRÃO fully deserved thier win.
