Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Palmorindo's Elano de Almeida started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Evandro Correia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dimo Abeijon in the 2nd minute of the match. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Palmorindo's goalkeeper Evandro Correia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Evandro Correia came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Aikivida's Adalberto Torres. But to his dismay, Adalberto Torres quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 10 minutes into the match, Palmorindo's goal looked a bit too open when Aílton Félix came free, but Evandro Correia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adalberto Torres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 13th minute, Adalberto Torres ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Evandro Correia was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 17th minute, Adalberto Torres ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Evandro Correia was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Daniel da Fonseca hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Palmorindo's Evandro Correia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adalberto Torres in the 22nd minute of play. Adalberto Torres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evandro Correia having to interfere. In the 33rd minute, Wilian Melo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Evandro Correia was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Evandro Correia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adalberto Torres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pedro Luiz Cardozo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adalberto Torres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Evandro Correia came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Aikivida's Adalberto Torres. But to his dismay, Adalberto Torres quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-7 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Adalberto Torres made the kick off in the second half. Evandro Correia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Luiz Cardozo, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. 53 minutes into the match, Pedro Luiz Cardozo notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of Palmorindo's Evandro Correia. Evandro Correia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Adalberto Torres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adalberto Torres was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 64th minute. Aikivida's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Aílton Félix's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 65thth minute, Evandro Correia skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Walmyr Abreu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Daniel Lopes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 67th match minute, Aikivida was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilian Melo to maneuver through the defense. Walmyr Abreu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Aikivida's Adalberto Torres in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Palmorindo's goalie prevented a goal. Aikivida's Dedé de Lima was substituted for Aloísio Prestes. 79 minutes into the match, Elano de Almeida notched a goal, 1-8, to the right of Aikivida's Daniel Lopes. Daniel Lopes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dedé de Lima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evandro Correia having to interfere. Aílton Félix received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Evandro Correia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adalberto Torres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 91 minutes into the match, Palmorindo's goal looked a bit too open when Adalberto Torres came free, but Evandro Correia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Evandro Correia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dedé de Lima in the 96th minute of play. Evandro Correia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adalberto Torres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aikivida played a much better game than Palmorindo and deserved their victory. The Palmorindo players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
