Fausto Sá yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Fausto Sá took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hernani Quirino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Juventus Football Club's Emanuel Queirós got a free kick in the 8th minute. 13 minutes into the game, Carlinhos Lopez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Maleta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Juventus Football Club the free kick. José Augusto Koehler charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Maleta's Fausto Sá played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernani Quirino in the 16th minute of play. Hernani Quirino did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Fausto Sá 17 minutes into the match. In the 19th minute Jonas Valcarcel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fausto Sá saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 23 minutes into the game, Maleta's Carlinhos Lopez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eduardo Viana made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. 25 minutes into the game, Jonas Valcarcel recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fausto Sá. Jonas Valcarcel showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. Jonas Valcarcel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fausto Sá showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Valcarcel in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Jairo Sustrai got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eduardo Viana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlinhos Lopez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fausto Sá showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hernani Quirino, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After a rather tough play, Maleta's José Augusto Koehler got a free kick in the 41st minute. Walmyr Matorin's late challenge caught a Juventus Football Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Walmyr Matorin helped the player get up and apologised. Walmyr Matorin hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Túlio Goiano got free with Fausto Sá in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

Pedrinho Carneiro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 53rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fausto Sá. Maleta's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some careless play in the Maleta defense, Tostão Saldanha kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fausto Sá. The Maleta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fausto Sá should have stopped the shot. In the 57th minute Jonas Valcarcel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fausto Sá saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, Maleta's goal looked a bit too open when Hernani Quirino came free, but Fausto Sá reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Jonas Valcarcel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fausto Sá was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Fausto Sá came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Juventus Football Club's Jonas Valcarcel. But to his dismay, Jonas Valcarcel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. Fausto Sá showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Valcarcel in the 71st minute of the match. Jonas Valcarcel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fausto Sá having to interfere. If Hernani Quirino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fausto Sá showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Túlio Goiano in the 77th minute of the match. In the 79th minute, Jonas Valcarcel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fausto Sá was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-1. Fausto Sá came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Juventus Football Club's Jonas Valcarcel. But to his dismay, Jonas Valcarcel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-1. 91 minutes into the match, Juventus Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Carlinhos Lopez came free, but Eduardo Viana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Maleta getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Reinaldo Toledo hit a great ball. Fausto Sá showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedrinho Carneiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Juventus Football Club had played much better football throughout.
