Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Cristiano Nogueira made the kick off which started today's match. Cristiano Nogueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luisinho Queirós having to interfere. In the 8th minute, Gigante da Colina's Cristiano Nogueira ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Luisinho Queirós. Luisinho Queirós yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. A collision led to Gigante da Colina getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Cristiano Nogueira hit a great ball. Edu Quintal hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Cristiano Nogueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luisinho Queirós having to interfere. In the 19th minute Flavinho Hermes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Arruda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st play minute Iuri Queirós came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Luisinho Queirós. 2-0. After 23 played minutes Gigante da Colina got a freekick which was hit by Cristiano Nogueira. Cristiano Nogueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Luisinho Queirós tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Gigante da Colina's Cristiano Nogueira ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Luisinho Queirós. Luisinho Queirós yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Luisinho Queirós took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristiano Nogueira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eriberto Leme scored 4-0 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luisinho Queirós, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 40th minute, Luzeiro's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Iuri Queirós fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After some careless play in the Luzeiro defense, Cristiano Nogueira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luisinho Queirós. The Luzeiro fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luisinho Queirós should have stopped the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Flavinho Hermes made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristiano Nogueira in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luisinho Queirós prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eriberto Leme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 54 minutes into the match, Gigante da Colina's Iuri Queirós sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luisinho Queirós narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cristiano Nogueira struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Luisinho Queirós didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gigante da Colina. Umberto Gaúcho hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After 59 played minutes, Luzeiro's Afonsinho Garcia shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Juan Arruda came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Luzeiro reached it. Edu Quintal charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edu Quintal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 62nd minute, Edu Quintal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristiano Nogueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. José Pedro Pereira hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 72nd minute, Iuri Queirós got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Iuri Queirós struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Luisinho Queirós didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gigante da Colina. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristiano Nogueira in the 78th minute of play forced Luzeiro's goalkeeper Luisinho Queirós to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luisinho Queirós showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristiano Nogueira in the 80th minute of the match. Claudinho Salles was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 82 minutes into the match. If Iuri Queirós had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eriberto Leme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luisinho Queirós having to interfere. When Eriberto Leme came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Gigante da Colina fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eriberto Leme couldn't finish the play. The Gigante da Colina fans' excitement grew in the 92nd match minute when Gigante da Colina's Eriberto Leme looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After having played for 96 minutes, Eriberto Leme managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gigante da Colina's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eriberto Leme was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luisinho Queirós showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iuri Queirós, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. There was no doubt that Gigante da Colina were the better team. Gigante da Colina's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
