In the 31st match minute, Isidoro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodoro Dantas to maneuver through the defense. 34 minutes into the match, Isidoro's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Lara came free, but Cesinha Dante reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute, Waldemar Cavalcante got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 46 played minutes Pedrinho Severo rounded Isidoro's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 53rd match minute, Isidoro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Afonsinho Ceresso to maneuver through the defense. Cássio Viana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Cesinha Dante tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pedrinho Severo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cesinha Dante having to interfere. The supporters of Hoogina booed when Isidoro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Afonsinho Ceresso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hoogina's Giovanni Loureiro managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Carlos Ortiz in the 73 minute of the game. After 75 minutes of play, Hoogina's Pedrinho Severo made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cesinha Dante was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cesinha Dante took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedrinho Severo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cesinha Dante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Waldemar Cavalcante in the 86th minute of play.
