Falcão Favoretto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Macario booed when Pacui was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raphael Vander didn't get a good kick on the ball. Brite Perth charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Brite Perth the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Macario's Brite Perth got a free kick in the 28th minute. Benjamim Linares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Falcão Favoretto having to interfere. A collision led to Pacui getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Wilson Queiroz hit a great ball. Falcão Favoretto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabinho Messias, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 44th minute, Pedro Augusto Magalhães hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fabinho Messias made a kick off. When Claudinei Leão came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Pacui fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claudinei Leão couldn't finish the play. In the 59th minute of the match, Benjamim Linares tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Falcão Favoretto saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 61 minutes into the match, Pacui's goal looked a bit too open when Fabinho Messias came free, but Falcão Favoretto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabinho Messias could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Falcão Favoretto made a huge save. Falcão Favoretto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabinho Messias in the 72nd minute of play. Pedro Augusto Magalhães received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Falcão Favoretto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Raphael Vander hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Falcão Favoretto made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Brite Perth sent off a good shot on target. In the 85thth minute of the game Fabinho Messias who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pacui's Falcão Favoretto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Benjamim Linares came free with the goalkeeper in the 90th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Falcão Favoretto could save by the left post. Fabinho Messias could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Falcão Favoretto made a huge save. Macario's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
