Quandus's Natanael Vianna got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 77 minutes, Zézinho Bastos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Seca Litros's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zézinho Bastos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 80 minutes into the game, Richard Schmidt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Seca Litros's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Quandus the free kick. In the 80th match minute, Seca Litros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richard Schmidt to maneuver through the defense. Quandus's Iuri Félix got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
