Real Santista FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Eunapolitano FC the free kick. Eurico Vidal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jailson Vergílio having to interfere. A collision led to Eunapolitano FC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Eurico Vidal hit a great ball. 19 minutes into the game, Real Santista FC's Wawrzyniec Bienienda nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcelinho Leite made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Jailson Vergílio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eurico Vidal in the 22nd minute of play. Almir Pereira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Jailson Vergílio made a huge save. If Eurico Vidal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With 27 minutes on the clock, Dedé Santana commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After a rather tough play, Real Santista FC's Dedé Santana got a free kick in the 27th minute. In the 28th minute, Almir Pereira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Joélson Proença had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36thth minute of the game Wawrzyniec Bienienda who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Eunapolitano FC's Marcelinho Leite was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eunapolitano FC's Eurico Vidal got his second yellow card of the match in the 38th minute. The referee ordered Eurico Vidal off the ground. Wawrzyniec Bienienda scored 0-4 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcelinho Leite, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wawrzyniec Bienienda stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Eunapolitano FC's Almir Pereira in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Eunapolitano FC's Marcelinho Leite played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wawrzyniec Bienienda in the 63rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silas Meira in the 65th minute of play forced Real Santista FC's goalkeeper Jailson Vergílio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th match minute, Eunapolitano FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonel Peres to maneuver through the defense. Almir Pereira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jailson Vergílio having to interfere. In the 72nd minute, Wawrzyniec Bienienda fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Marcelinho Leite, passed just outside the right post. Wawrzyniec Bieniendas short, quick shot in the 80thth minute got Marcelinho Leite to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 81 minutes into the game, Leonel Peres was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Eunapolitano FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Real Santista FC the free kick. Leonel Peres kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. With a little luck, Eunapolitano FC's Marcelinho Leite got control of the ball when Tostão Veiga tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wawrzyniec Bienienda got free with Marcelinho Leite in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 91st minute Tostão Veiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelinho Leite saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Real Santista FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
