Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ramón Quintal started the match with the kick off. GT Imortais FC's Evaristo Botelho got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Davi Neiva came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Everest Futebol Clube's Cristobal Orsini. But to his dismay, Cristobal Orsini quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Evaristo Botelho in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Carlos Germano, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Gerson Mello charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gerson Mello the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Everest Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Gerson Mello hit a great ball. With a little luck, Everest Futebol Clube's Carlos Germano got control of the ball when Evaristo Botelho tried to sneak it across the goal line. 33 minutes into the game, GT Imortais FC's Betão Custódio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carlos Germano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Richard Falcão hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Betão Custódio in the 38th minute of play forced Everest Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Carlos Germano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Betão Custódio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Evaristo Botelho to strike the kick off in the second half. GT Imortais FC's Davi Neiva proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save GT Imortais FC from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in GT Imortais FC's zone, Ramón Quintal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Davi Neiva came out of the goal and Ramón Quintal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ramón Quintal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Davi Neiva having to interfere. Carlos Germano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kléberson Aguiar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ramón Quintal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Davi Neiva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 70th minute, Wanderson Cerezo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fausto Prestes's late challenge caught a GT Imortais FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fausto Prestes helped the player get up and apologised. Fausto Prestes hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Evaristo Botelho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ramón Quintal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Davi Neiva having to make a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Everest Futebol Clube's Ramón Quintal slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Davi Neiva. That made the score 2-2 after 86 minutes of play. After having played for 89 minutes, Ramón Quintal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Everest Futebol Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramón Quintal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
