Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tostão Arruda made the kick off which started today's match. Mojeiro's Sandro Alagoano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermínio Linares in the 4th minute of play. After 5 minutes, Dênis Soeiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mojeiro and the Rigbiz FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dênis Soeiro hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. In the 8th minute, Mojeiro's Tostão Arruda ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Adelino Almeida. Adelino Almeida yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. The corner led Mojeiro's Carlos Nogueira to fire away a dangerous shot which Adelino Almeida despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After some careless play in the Mojeiro defense, Diego Figueiredo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sandro Alagoano. The Mojeiro fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sandro Alagoano should have stopped the shot. 19 minutes into the match, Diego Figueiredo notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Mojeiro's Sandro Alagoano. Sandro Alagoano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 24 minutes into the game, Adalberto Botelho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mojeiro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rigbiz FC the free kick. A collision led to Mojeiro getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Adalberto Botelho hit a great ball. When Yan Vargas came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Rigbiz FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yan Vargas couldn't finish the play. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Diego Figueiredo sped through Mojeiro's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sandro Alagoano. The audience was convinced that Carlos Nogueira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adelino Almeida was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Joel Pires charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joel Pires the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Carlos Nogueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 40th match minute, Rigbiz FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felipe do Nascimento to maneuver through the defense. Carlos Nogueira's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 43rdth minute, Adelino Almeida skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal.

Mojeiro's Vítor Seco was substituted for Carlos Nogueira. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Diego Figueiredo was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Mojeiro's Tiaguinho Nascimento got a free kick in the 54th minute. Diego Figueiredo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Sandro Alagoano made a huge save. Vítor Seco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adelino Almeida read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. If Hermínio Linares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Diego Figueiredo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sandro Alagoano having to interfere. In the 67th minute, Yan Vargas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rigbiz FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vítor Seco in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adelino Almeida saved Rigbiz FC from getting behind. After 72 played minutes Rigbiz FC got a freekick which was hit by Anselmo Valadares. Diego Figueiredos short, quick shot in the 78thth minute got Sandro Alagoano to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 79th match minute, Rigbiz FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antônio Bastos to maneuver through the defense. Diego Figueiredo was extremely unlucky when he, in the 84th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 86 minutes into the match, Mojeiro's goalkeeper Sandro Alagoano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Diego Figueiredo. Sandro Alagoano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Diego Figueiredo in the 88th minute. Adalberto Botelho was shown his second yellow card after 88 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 89th minute, Adalberto Botelho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Rigbiz FC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Nereo Juvenal hit a great ball. Rigbiz FC played a much better game than Mojeiro and deserved their victory. The Mojeiro players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
