Ulysses de Mendonça received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Sandro Alagoano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sandro Alagoano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernandinho Donatello in the 4th minute of play. 6 minutes into the game, Mojeiro's Tostão Arruda nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Samuel Coelho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Carlos Nogueira scored 0-2 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Samuel Coelho, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. MICHELMI's Samuel Coelho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tostão Arruda in the 12th minute of play. After 15 minutes of play, Mojeiro's Tiaguinho Nascimento made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Samuel Coelho was left in no man's land by his defense there! Samuel Coelho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiaguinho Nascimento in the 18th minute of the match. After 20 played minutes Mojeiro got a freekick which was hit by Tiaguinho Nascimento. Sandro Alagoano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernandinho Donatello in the 22nd minute of play. Mojeiro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MICHELMI the free kick. In the 41st minute, Adalberto Botelho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sandro Alagoano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernandinho Donatello in the 42nd minute of the match. In the 44th minute Carlos Nogueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuel Coelho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Mojeiro's Vítor Seco was substituted for Carlos Nogueira. MICHELMI's defense didn't have a chance, in the 54th minute, when Tostão Arruda scored to the left of an out of position Samuel Coelho, making the score, 0-5. Samuel Coelho was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Dênis Soeiro. With a little luck, MICHELMI's Samuel Coelho got control of the ball when Vítor Seco tried to sneak it across the goal line. MICHELMI's Samuel Coelho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiaguinho Nascimento in the 64th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, MICHELMI's goal looked a bit too open when Tiaguinho Nascimento came free, but Samuel Coelho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 76 played minutes MICHELMI got a freekick which was hit by Leonel Freire. 82 minutes into the match, Fernandinho Donatello notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Mojeiro's Sandro Alagoano. Sandro Alagoano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 88th minute of the match, Vítor Seco got a very nice opportunity to score, but Samuel Coelho was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Tiaguinho Nascimento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vítor Seco's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Samuel Coelho firmly grabbed it by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tostão Arruda in the 98th minute of play forced MICHELMI's goalkeeper Samuel Coelho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mojeiro's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
