Tostão do Valle was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 19 minutes into the game, Jonas Fernandez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. João Adolfo Esteves was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 24 minutes into the match, Joélson Paulista notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Jundiahy AD's Tostão do Valle. Tostão do Valle was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The excitement rose when Squadra Campeira's Luiz Fabiano Goiano after 33 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for Jundiahy AD's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 1-3. When Felipe Dias fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Squadra Campeira's protests and gave Felipe Dias a yellow card for diving instead. After 35 played minutes Squadra Campeira got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Dias. 40 minutes into the game, Paulo José Magalhães was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Squadra Campeira's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jundiahy AD the free kick. After a rather tough play, Squadra Campeira's Paulo José Magalhães got a free kick in the 40th minute. In the 41st minute of the match Ian Moraes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but João Adolfo Esteves skillfully saved the ball. Joélson Paulista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joélson Paulista to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute Márcio Massa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Adolfo Esteves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Squadra Campeira's Paulo José Magalhães got his second yellow card of the match in the 58th minute. The referee ordered Paulo José Magalhães off the ground. After a rather tough play, Squadra Campeira's Paulo José Magalhães got a free kick in the 59th minute. In the 60th minute of the match Ian Moraes shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but João Adolfo Esteves showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cauã Moraes in the 62nd minute of play forced Squadra Campeira's goalkeeper João Adolfo Esteves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute, Joélson Paulista ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tostão do Valle was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Jonas Fernandez's late challenge caught a Squadra Campeira's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonas Fernandez helped the player get up and apologised. Joélson Paulista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tostão do Valle having to interfere. João Adolfo Esteves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Márcio Massa in the 77th minute of the match. Joélson Paulista recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. João Adolfo Esteves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leandro Cordeiro in the 79th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Joélson Paulista managed to get in a good position for a shot. Squadra Campeira's supporters rose to their feet, but Joélson Paulista was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tostão do Valle breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Joélson Paulista recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 93rd minute, Jundiahy AD's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Joélson Paulista fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Dráusio Pires fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tostão do Valle having to interfere. Joélson Paulista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Squadra Campeira walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
